Please fill out the following fields for consideration in our upcoming 2010 Festival.

If you need to upload music, please upload track samples in either mp3 and aac format only. WMA / OGG / FLAC / lossless and files protected by DRM are NOT supported. You are limited to a maximum of 3 music files which can be no more than 8mb each in size. This equates to approximately 10 minutes of music per upload. Again, if you have a myspace link provided you do NOT need to upload additional mp3’s with this application form.

Band/Project:	? Please give the working title of your project or the name of your band.
Band Biography (approx 400 words):	? Your band biography should include; members and their instruments, genre, concepts, influences, indication of previous performance highlights and/or recording experiences. This should be as detailed as possible to give a clear indication of your bands suitability.
Image (required):	? Please upload print quality jpeg(s) with a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch. These images should be of a professional standard and represent the band/project adequately. The dimensions of the jpeg images should not exceed 1600 x 1200 pixels or 3 MB per image.
Website URL:	? Please provide the website of your band if applicable.
MySpace Link:	? Please provide a link to your myspace page if applicable.
Other URL's:	? Please provide links of any 3rd party press/reviews if applicable.
